Tra Ly founded RentalWe in 2026 to answer the questions short-term rental hosts actually ask — what a licence requires, what a fee change costs, which nights to discount — and to answer them from the documents rather than from hearsay: the ordinances, the platforms' own policies, the tax authorities' pages.

Tra edits everything the site publishes. Every article names its primary sources with the date they were read, carries a second reviewer for any claim about money or law, and shows the date it was last checked. When something turns out to be wrong it is corrected on the article, in the open, not quietly. Updates — dated notes that a rule or a fee has changed — link to the article they change, so the answer a reader finds is the current one.
