- The gap between a booking being made and the stay beginning, used to judge whether current pricing is ahead of or behind demand.
- RevPANalso Revenue per available night, RevPAR
- Revenue per available night: total revenue divided by the nights a listing was open, which makes months of different lengths comparable.
- Turnover costalso Changeover cost
- Everything one guest departure costs before the next arrival: cleaning, laundry, consumables and the time spent coordinating them.
